Tulsa Arcades — Local services in Jenks

I ordered the Tron S panel for the arcade1up based on a few positive YouTube reviews. I paid roughly $85 for it which is pretty expensive, but I expected a quality finished product so I was ok with the high price. I received a roughly cut piece of bare particle board that was chipped and the cut edges were unfinished and shown through the black paneling. I also received a separate very creased and wrinkled vinyl sticker that I apparently needed to size, cut and apply myself -- it was not sized right either. Confused by the crappiness of this product, I called JC who explained that the product was likely damaged in shipping and how I could remedy some of their manufacturing issues like the rough cutting (run a black sharpie over it). He took no ownership for the damage and didn't offer to replace the damaged product or make good on it. Nice enough guy, but just excuses... The sticker, despite being wrinkled/creased, went on fairly good but there is a small noticeable area that I just couldn't smooth out because the vinyl had been creased so much before I applied it. The holes in the sides also appear slightly misaligned. I likely will just throw this panel out and go with someone else. If this work was done with so little care and so little customer service, I can't imagine ordering anything substantial from these guys as they don't seem to accept any responsibility for manufacturing defects or pride of workmanship. Real shame too because I thought they were a quality operation based on...

Horrible customer experience, a paralysed store, so slow the seasons will change between order and delivery and totally unable to support its own products. Ordered November and received in April... Few months later, this June 2023 I inquired about printing artwork for the parts purchased and that is how I learnt that they lost the template files for their own item...! Nevertheless I called the store owner JC and he promised to send me file templates shortly. I followed up in July and received new promises about providing me with template file for the item purchased in their store...Early September I followed up again and my mail got ignored for a month and a half before the flaky owner finally emailed me back to send me to another store without a file template. Indeed...of course I will use other stores and I refuse to support a business where they deliberately take customers in hostage during months, freeze my project and end up telling me that they refuse to honor their own promises. Such a shame and such a flaky business...

JC is awesome to work with. He took the time to walk me through his shop, talk through all the options and help me pick a unit based on my budget. We ended up picking a 2 player multicade without any graphics or extras. I am so pleased with how it turned out. It is so well made and handcrafted with every detail in mind.

When my son and I came to pick it up, in November of last year, I had to stand it up and we thought we had it strapped down good enough but we didn't and it took a fall landing on it's front side in the bed of the truck - the entire cabinet stayed in tact, I only noticed that something had broke when I got home. The monitor mount was cracked and the monitor bezel was cracked. I reached out to him and he said he could get me a monitor mount and bezel it might be a minute because of the amount of orders he had. Still playing it today without any hiccups. I will be picking up my replacement parts soon. Nobody that has played it has even noticed the damage on the monitor bezel its so slight.
