Total Mobility has been my go-to dealer for all my vehicle accessible modifications since approximately 1993. I always tell people, "Maybe they don't have the showiest showroom, but they have the best mechanics. No matter what the problem, they stick with you until it is fixed. They have your driving safety and ability to drive at the center of their service. The best quality of service comes at a price. As the adage states, "You get what you pay for." I would sooner pay for top quality mechanics, than pay less and have to constantly return because it isn't fixed. They know what they are doing. In this day of multiple vehicles and multiple models it takes a great amount of training and instinct to work on accessible modified vehicles.

Recently, I had a battery problem and called Warren. He worked with me until we figured out what happened which took about 45 minutes. I had to find a rear wide ramp wheelchair van to transport my wife to her three days per week dialysis appointments, and a myriad of other medical appointments. We don't qualify for any assistance, a used van was the only viable option. I met with Charlie Santa at the Boswell Total Mobility. I am a really large guy and Charlie took the time to bring five different vans into the building allowing me to see what I could and could not drive. Then the search started, used rear ramp vans are highly sought after. Every one TM had was either sold or had multiple sales holds on it. Charlie Santa was persistent and got one of the vans I had looked at for us. He also worked hard to arrange financing, and delivered our van so I didn't have to make the 90 mile round trip. If I ever have a question or problem I always get 100% satisfaction from the people answering. Ray and Brandy have always treated me like a friend not just s buyer since the beginning. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Santa who made my latest van purchase extremely easy and fast! Thank you! You couldn't ask for a better maintenance crew than they have there either!
