Family Dollar — Local services in Jennings

Super excited, & blessed w a place to shop. Also, offers job opportunities for this small town, with no stores/businesses as an option. I frequent Family dollar in various locations, & this Jennings location, where I reside, has to have some of the WORST employees/customer service, I’ve ever encountered. The Eugene gentleman, is the nicest one that works there. Always friendly and helpful. One of the lady managers, must DESPISE customers and/or her position. Always RUDE. Wld rather you..leave buying nothing, then to go the extra mile and check an advertised sticker on the shelf, and do a price adjustment, if feasible/accurate. They love to NOT honor a price! The manager and one of the female employees, are two of the worst customer service encounters, I’ve encountered. And I’d rather drive 12 more miles out of the way, to lake park, Ga., then too have to even see & support such poor behavior. This location is currently doing a renovation, and what really needs Renovating, are the employees chosen for a customer...

store was very neat and felt spacious in the isles? The isles however I felt could have been distinguished a little more, and maybe should have had all the dollar tree items in same isle with price comparison. But dollar tree corporation bought them out but agreed to keep the name, would be pointless to have price comparison or same items beside each other. Also the rugs were the only isle I saw that was a mess!! But for just having a reset and a makeover, I would say they did an awesome JOB! So from one who knows the ins and outs of both store names and work ethics they strive by. I would say Awesome job!!! Looks amazing and so glad there were no carts sitting up front with...

I shop at the family dollar just about everyday in the Jennings FL store an the employees their are amazing! It use to be like that but it sure has changed. Most of them that work there now act like their doing you a favor waiting on you an they don't care if they have what you need. I can hardly wait to our new grocery store in Jennings opens, when that happens I will no longer be a frequent shopper at that Family $ Store. Customer service goes a long way an that's what keeps a place running an you rude employees employed so start treating customers like you love their business if you need a paycheck! ...
