I was very impressed with the prices and selection. Im a shopper that likes name tags, I hope over time they implement that as part of their uniforms. I love that its family owned and operated. Its very convenient to where I live and I feel if you need/want a product they don't carry they would order it for you. I went in looking for 2 specific things and found them both and they cost less than Lowes and Ace. I will definitely shop there again. Another winner for me is one of the products I would buy frequently (birdseed) was on back order, they will take your name and phone number so when the product comes in they will call you. My only cons about the store. I would like to see more items made in the USA. I know its hard now days for small businesses of any kind to go that route however, we as Americans MUST not only support small business but buy American made as much as possible. An absolute gem of a place. Just what a hardware store used to be. So glad it is here. LOVE how I can be stuck on a project, need a specific item and be there and back in 10 minutes. This is not just about distance to the store, it is about the level of service. Everyone is super attentive and knowledgeable and can quickly find you what you need. Some would say that level of service is worth paying more for, but the prices here are really quite competitive. Really the best of both worlds. When you go here, you feel truly appreciated, doesn't matter if you are spending just a buck, spending a fair bit more or even just looking around. This place wants you to leave happy.
