Dollar General — Local services in Jesup

A disgrace to the Dollar General name! I shop at many DG stores and this is by far the nastiest, unorganized store of all I seen..Products are not put in the correct places behind the prices and tags..They are out of more items than they have.Which I can't figure out why due to all the boxes and crates full of merchandise cluttering up the aisles so bad that you can not even get in the aisles. The persons putting up the stock will not get out of your way or help you find what your looking for..Also the choice of very loud music is very inappropriate for any customer, let alone elderly and children..The stock boys music lyrics consisted of "ni$$er" "pu$$y" "fuc$" " suc$"..And those are just a few examples of the inappropriate lyrics blearing in the presence of my family, a very elder couple, and other families with small children I personally witnessed complaining about this.The clerks act like you are bothering them if you have to ask for assistance or a simple question. None of the marked down/ discounted items are actually discounted once you get home this is realized..And forget about going back with your receipt to correct the issue..They either make you feel like a cheapskate, or say they do not know how to fix it, and leave it at that..Your just out of luck and out of your saving. I need to shop here due to closeness to my home. Oh and you can not use the Dollar General App while inside the store as the guest wifi is either not on or has serious issues because you can not connect, and although my actual phone service is not their error I have no service inside the building so I and alot of others need to rely on the DG wifi to clip our savings or scan a product for the correct price of an item that has been thrown anywhere with no other means of knowing the price before purchasing it..Because asking somebody has not proved to be helpful..SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH MANAGEMENT AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION! ITS A DISGRACE! A little update since I posted this negative review: My most recent visit this week consisted of listening to my cashier talk and argue with somebody on her cellphone as she checked out my items..Unprofessional as well as unbelievable..She did not even allow me to enter my phone number for savings..Said " oh to late"..If she was off her phone it would not have been to late..I'm so happy a new Dollar General opened up a few blocks from this one now..It is...

The store was not fully stocked but everytime I visited it it's not. I am not sure what the problem is with this store because I shop at a lot at Dollar General store every week at location all over the place. I look for Dollar General Store's to shop at every where my husband and I go. I don't know what the heck is the problem with inventory and cleaning at this store. I also have worked at a dollar general store a long time ago in Jesus, GA on Cherry street. I think it was the year of 1984 & 1985. I think it was the very first location for Jesus, GA and Odum, GA. I enjoyed working for this company and would not mind taking the challenge of working at this particular store to see if I could help resolve the problems . This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Dollar general the cashier Kayla if that was her name was very rude and inconsiderate to me did not know how to ring stuff up properly. argued with me about something that was tagged blamed it on the vendor for having every single bit of it in the wrong place did not want to take responsibility and give me the price that it showed.
