Lenoir Empire Furniture — Local services in Johnson City

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Lenoir. I am 81 years old and I have purchased several items from Lenoir over the years. I purchased a sofa that was delivered during the height of the Pandemic. The delivery drivers were not educated on the product and did not know how to bring the sofa through a standard size front door. A panel should have been removed to allow the sofa to fit through the door. Instead of removing the panel, they jammed the sofa through my door and damaged my door and tore the fabric on the sofa. Lenoir initially indicated they would fix the problem (although at first that made light of the problem and acted like it was nothing). After almost 9 months of complaining by me, they had the manufacturer send me material that may match the sofa. However, Lenoir is not sending someone to repair the sofa with the fabric. I am now a huge fan of Lenoir Empire Furniture , and its owner, Walter! My recent experience with working with him, to purchase online my new Bernhardt leather sofa and loveseat, was nearly perfect from beginning to end! Walter’s excellent attitude toward Customer Service is “old-school,” and he went to great lengths to accommodate my special scheduling needs (I had a very tight time-constraint). He was always available on the phone to answer my questions, and always followed through!

Aside from my personal dealings with Lenore Empire, the furniture pieces are gorgeous, and the White Glove Delivery was faultless! The guys placed the pieces exactly where I wanted them, and left the area as neat as when they first arrived!

All told, my customer experience with Lenoir Empire Furniture absolutely deserves the five stars I am giving...

I have never left a review on Googel before, but I feel compelled to do so after the incredible service and pricing I received from Walter. I furnished nearly an entire 7500 square foot home through Lenoir Empire, and I couldn't be more pleased. 95% of the items came promptly and perfectly. More importantly, Walter and the rest of his staff rode herd on the vendors and delivery people until the other 5% came shorty thereafter. I have had nothing but bad experiences with furniture, but Walter and the rest of the folks at LEF have changed my outllook so drastically that I'm ordering more stuff from them!!!
