W17 — Local services in Joliet

Im not one to leave reviews but my god was this place awful. Waited in a door almost 7 hours before the first pallet ever went on and overall was there over 9 hours to get loaded. Asked if it's always this slow and was told "well it's a new building" which is no excuse to be this slow wasting everyone's time. If they are this unorganized then they shouldn't open yet and get an actual system in place so drivers are not getting so...

Amazing for me. Unloading took 1hr 30mns.. The cool dude with the long ponytail at the receiving desk was super nice. Good looking out bud 👊🏽👊🏽. The heavy set dude that Unloaded me was so nice and fast. Great job fellas. Plenty of space to back in. The only bad is they only have port a potties, no access to real restroom. Thank God I didn't need to go. Otherwise cool experience for me...

Slow, overcomplicated place. Stay away if you respect your time. Came at 9.13am for 10.30 appt. 11.32 and still waiting for them to even break the seal. Huge warehouse and only 3 trucks in doors currently so it's just badly managed...
