I had this referral back in February and they analyzed and fixed the issue for unit #2. It turned out to be very minor. We had to wait on the part but that was okay. The only thing is we had to call them to ask had it came in. It was through my home warranty company which I wouldn't recommend but I will recommend Plunkett.
