I’ve been going to this store for years and never had a problem. I went earlier today and got a crown royal reserve for my boyfriend. Seeing as I’ve NEVER had issues before, I didn’t think to check the bottle before leaving. I got alllll the way home and when my boyfriend gets off work he finally opens it. There is no seal. The cap was loose and a good bit of it is already gone. I’ve called multiple times to try and get a refund or a replacement but was told the inventory is checked “regularly” and there’s no way this could happen. Now we’re frustrated because that’s a good bit of money down the drain. And because I’m already off the property, it was basically as if they didn’t believe me. I was also told they were gonna check the cameras and to call back in an hour. I have no reason to lie and have never made or even give someone such a negative review but this is very unprofessional and I will not be shopping here again. Read moreJust stopped by here for a couple of drinks after work. Happened to see a Seltzer that I haven’t seen in years (Prairie Artisan Rainbow Sherbet). It’s clearly labeled in front of the row I pulled from, 19.2oz 3.63$. I get to the cash register and make a comment when they rang up 5$ each (total that’s 6.85$ extra, I purchased 5). The gentleman behind the counter tells me, oh we get these in once or twice a week, so they’re obviously highly accounted for. And his response, oh well maybe they’re in the wrong spot, nothing I can do about it, I can’t change the price. It’s not as much about the 6.85$ that I paid extra, but his Oh Well attitude, and more about I work hard for my money! I’ll be going somewhere else next...
