Dollar General — Local services in Jonesfield Township

Would give this store no stars if I could. This place has turned into a joke of a store! AWFUL costumer service and AWFUL management. They can not keep any employees past training! They lie and are very rude! They cut the store hours due to not being able to keep any employees. They close at 7pm I got there at 6:50pm the door was already locked. When the worker came to the door to let someone out she told me they were closed and I couldn't come in. However, as I sat in my car someone else was let in. Two people actually!! While the manager stood there giving me a dirty look! I am done giving this place my business! I recommend going the extra couple miles to family...

On Friday I went to buy buns. As, I stood in line I witnessed Brandi the cashier argue with a customer over the price of a case of beer. The customer kept telling her it was on sale, and rang up the wrong price. One of the customers brought the sign up to her to show her, and she still wouldn't listen!!! Finally, the assistant manager fixed the difference, but they were still both rude to the ladies. I went and talked to them after in the parking lot. I myself has had awful experiences there as well.
