Ford's Food Center — Local services in Jonesville

Fords has a great selection of fresh cut meats and an excellent management team. If the check-out lines get too long, the managers will even step up to help check. They also keep the store looking clean & the shelves are always “fronted”. The only complaint I have is that everything is SO OVERPRICED! Even the items they list in their weekly / bi-weekly sales ads are expensive. Blue Plate mayo on sale for $5.48??? I’m not sure who or how they decide what items to place on sale & at what price, but there’s definitely no logic behind it. And they discontinued their Diamond Dollar program & implemented a Rewards Program. Fords is definitely saving money with this switch. You have to spend a fortune to accumulate points. I love stopping by the store each time I come home. The customer service in the store is beyon amazing. The young African-American lady working on the bakery goods is Sunshine in your store. She looked for an item for me. Her attitude was happy to assist you and I will go beyond to ensure you are a happy customer. She stopped what she was doing immediately after I ask for an item. All the workers were extremely polite and helpful. There were quite a few holes with missing product and we weren't able to find everything we needed, but we were shopping right after a hurricane disrupted supply chains.
