I love shopping here, but today I got disappointed: I was charged for extra 9 items I didn’t take. According to the receipt I’ve bought 61 items, factually I’ve got 52. I understand the jewelry pieces aren’t easy to work with, especially when it’s a lot of them and you have to hurry up adding the sold items to the system, but honestly I don’t understand how this could even happen since the staff takes your finds from you to the counter while you’re still browsing around. So when I came to the counter for check out all the pieces were already without tags and properly packed, the additional items that I brought were added without any issues, so don’t get how such a situation could take place.
