David is a miracle worker and a kind and genuine person. After my father passed I had to move my mom and as part of the process I’ve been preparing her house for sale. The house was packed and overwhelming - We were about ready to just call a junk hauling company, but David and his crew were able to work miracles with the estate sale, clearing out the unsellable and staging the sellable items like a professional. We couldn’t believe it was the same place when we saw the pictures. Working with him from start to finish has been seamless. (Like others who have reviewed, we ended up with a far bigger check than we would have ever imagined too.) After the sale, he and his team worked to clear out remaining items and make sure useable goods were donated to a good charity. For anyone in a similar situation, I encourage them to turn to Godley Estate Sales! ...
