Purchased a washer over the phone, sight unseen on 4/15. Easer was delivered same day, 30 minutes later I called to inform them the washer when plugged in and touched sends a strong electrical shock through your body. After some discussion they agreed to a partial refund. My only real complaint is that the unit wasn’t fully tested or repaired prior to sale and delivery. Close inspection of the washer showed no signs of maintenance and deteriorated wiring.

The owner refunded my purchases minus the delivery fee which I don’t feel is my responsibility to cover.

On the plus side, the woman so worked with was always helpful and very polite. She is just working at the direction of the owner.

The owner should have been happy offering a full refund and simply grateful he wasn’t sued over selling an electrified...

I have always had a good experience with Mr bishop himself bought a stove about a month ago and he delivered the same day spent the time to explain things I did have a issue with the stove when I called the store I was told by a employee to bring it back and I'd get a refund but when i got there there was a miscommunication between the owner and employee i was offered a store credit I admit I was upset not really because of the situation but because the employee was very disrespectful but that should not reflect Mr bishops ability or the store he's a honest man not every thing can be perfect but he will try to make it right and do you right if you are needing a appliances that will get you through for a reasonable price make sure you give him a try I'll be giving him a second chance when I'm ready for my...

Really wish I could give them a good review because the people seem very nice and pleasant. The problem was the product. It immediately gave us trouble. To their credit they brought a replacement while they worked on our unit, however, once they returned it we quickly realized it still had the same issues (occasionally wouldn’t spin and I’d have to hand wring out the cloths. If heavy cycle was selected it would agitate until you went and shut it off. 5, 6, 7 hours.) When we decided we wanted to return the set, we were only given a partial refund.
