So we arrived at axe throwing around 12:45. My husband and I were taking pictures on the big chair at 12:56 and was told they were waiting on a man that was running 5 minutes late. We then went to the end of the building. Sat 5 minutes even looked at back room and asked what it was and about how much it was. So according to a guy that is bald and showed up around 1:30. And the woman that explained all the rules which was a 15 minute learning lesson and did not tell you it is apart of our hour. 1:20 and was not informed it was apart of our hour we than had to move boards bc the lady teaching didn’t like the board we were on for whatever reason. Bald head guy which I believed to be the manager was not only late but unprofessional and asked that we end our game at 2:00 By the time we finished adding it was 2:08. With Atleast 5-6 lanes open and no good customer service skills or hospitable mannerisms to let someone finish their game. For what you charge and the fact that we had to even wait on a late manager/employee is un called for. You have ace axes which are from ace hardware and wood. I will now build my own and never come back and I will tell everyone in Jupiter farms and loxahatchee to not go to your establishment and to pick another one due to the lack of friendless from the staff. You guys work at an axe throwing establishment. You are not doctors. Lawyers or anything important that is a must what so ever and are in the business of customer service and giving customer a great time, YOU FAILED You are not giving a good example to the customer that come in and just want to have a great time. Your employee are mouthy and rude and do not set a good example for anyone to want to come there or even work there but the woman giving the tutorial and the man walking around after he was not 5 but 30 minutes late and walking back and forth like he is a warden.

Response to owner: I would love to see the video footage, being a small business should mean that you should take care of the small town customer that come in to your establishment and give you the means to support your business. I named many things in the comment that you did not respond to. Was the man not late? Show to camera footage about a 15 minute how to from one of the employee that is part of the customer one hour that you did not inform us of. Show the footage of us not taking a picture on the big chair at 12:56, show us waiting at the end and even popping our head into the back room and asking what that room was for, show the footage of the man who was late that strolled in at 1:30. Show the footage of you not letting us finish a game and giving us the full hour we paid for and again was not informed of a 15 minutes how to that then knocks it down to 45 minutes. You do not know how to run a small business or even know the definition of a small business, you have numerous location (again not a small business and if you were so not conduct yourself reputable to the small town customer that give you business). I will tell everyone and your response to my review is absolutely fabricated. You do have poor reviews on attitudes and unfriendliness of the staff so I am not the only one. Please learn customer service and how to treat customers paying to have a good time and not be held up my tardiness of manager or employee. Furthermore I give reviews based on what I see and how the establishments conducts them selves. I have given several 5 stars when it is an exceptional establishment which you are not. We went here for a going-away party for a friend and had the MOST fun. Genuinely one of my best memories are here now. We told them the situation when it got closer to closing time and they were friendly about it, not rushing us and taking our pictures for us. Angel, our Axe master was INCREDIBLE and gave us tips throughout the whole experience! Jim, the bartender at the time, was also incredible. He gave recommendations and was really fun to talk to. At the end, we also got a punch card that after returning a certain amount of times, we get rewards! We had such a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. They also have a private room that is super cute to rent for events and I love the vibe of the place overall. We went for my nephews 17th birthday. We did have fun ,however the instructor was very over bearing and kept inserting herself well after the training. My daughter couldn't get anything to stick with the technique that the instructor kept INSISTING she use. I told my daughter to try and throw it a different way that we learned at a different location of the same company and she kept interjecting to tell my daughter she was doing it wrong. My daughter wasn't able to try and explore what worked for her similar because the instructor was micro managing us the entire night. This wasn't my first time throwing axes I know how it goes and she was just over the top. We won't be returning to this location.
