Kress Lake — Local services in Kalama

Unfortunately this spot is not what it used to be. Every time I go to fish off the piers, there are tweakers smoking cigarettes and blasting trashy music to ruin the peace. Trash litters the pathway and parking lot. Fishing is mediocre at best. People say this lake is stocked, but trout don't bite. There are too many hooks in the water. Worms, corn, powerbait, eggs, crickets, minnows, nothing works. Fishing here is a waste of your time and it's not a good place to have a quiet time out...
