Placed an online order for pick up. Immediately at the start of this ordeal, the girl assisting us was rude and unprofessional, claiming I said I was parked next to a subaru when I clearly told her ford fusion when I called. She proceeded to argue what I told her on the phone. Getting passed this annoyance, the girl tells me she needs my ID. I gave it to her, and she asks me if I know what the total was before she went to get my order. The order was 108.00. I handed the girl 120 after not only my friend counted the money but I did as well. The order was 108, and atms only giving out 20s, I handed the girl 120 dollars to pay for the order. She returned with my items and said she wanted to check if the man inside put my change in the bag. He didn't. She went back in and returned with 3 dollars in change saying my order was actually 95 since some discount was applied. Confused, I told her well I handed you 120, so I should have had more than 3 dollars." Also, mind you if the order was 95 and I handed her 100 only (which I know I didnt) I would have got 5 in change, not 3? She then tells me no, I didn't give her 120, only 100. Being more than sure I gave her 120, I said well I counted it, and so did my friend, and we gave u 120." Didn't you count it? She tells me it's not her responsibility to count the money and she didn't no. Being kinda blown away, she said it's not her responsibility to count the money. I proceeded to get out and enter the store to figure it out. After entering, I talked to another person, a man who again claimed It was 100, only he was the one who ran the drawer. He counted it, I was told. I explained to him i was under the impression my order was 108 the whole time up until she had already had my 120 and gone into the store come back with the items and at first no change then 3 dollars in change. I explained it was then she said my order was 95, but if that was the case, I'd have 5 dollars, not 3. I explained to the man my order was 108 I have the online sales ticket that said it I wouldn't of gave the girl 100 for a 108 dollar bill I asked if she took the money and kept for her self he said he didn't know and wouldn't check the camera to find out. I then asked for my money back and returned the items. I was still only given 100 of the 120 I gave the girl back. Ridiculous. So, being disgusted by the unprofessional attitude I received, I just called 20 a wash and went back to my car. As I was pulling out, the girl came out screaming. I took stuff out of the bag before returning it. She attempted to grab my car door handles as I drove off and left a huge scratch down side of my new car. Needless to say, this place is scandalous. I can't imagine how much money they steal doing this to people thinking no one will notice or think twice about it. On top of being stolen from my car is scratched down the driver's side. I highly recommend not coming to this place ever they are unprofessional and clearly in on taking people's money together. However, if you do, BE SURE NOT ONLY YOU COUNT THE MONEY BUT THE PEOPLE HANDLING IT KNOW WHAT YOU GAVE THEM I'll never give them my business, and I'll be sure to inform everyone not to...

Hands down the most informative, tentative, and friendly customer service for your recreational and medical dispensary needs. We've visited several dispensaries throughout MI, and none of the budtenders offered this exceptional level of attention and knowledge.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by multiple staff members who seemed genuinely pumped to welcome us to their establishment and explain how it all worked. 15% off for first time customers was a pleasant surprise! Our budtender Cullin met us at the door to let us in to their beautiful show room. This place is immaculate! The display cases were dust- and fingerprint-free. All items were both beautifully and clearly displayed in either glass cases or hooks on the walls. It was nice that they were allowing customers into the store rather than exclusively operating via curbside pickup like their competition. Everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer in addition to complimentary face masks were provided. (Thanks for the free Cannamazoo sticker, too!)

Cullin was everything we ever wanted in a budtender. Firstly, I have yet to go to a dispensary that offers this level of attention. It was like having a personal shopper the whole time. Cullin not only held the door open for us to enter, but he was also completely tuned in to our needs. He asked if we were looking for anything specific straight out the gate so I told him I wanted a vape pen cartridge and he took me to their selection straight away. Full transparency... I'm not super experienced in this field, but Cullin was so friendly and patient with me during my questions. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. He listened to what I was looking for, presented me with options, explained the products to me (including concentration levels), and let me know all the prices. Cullin also helped us keep track of our order total including taxes along the way to help us not go over our cash budget. They also offer a variety of really beautiful glass pipes.

My first time in, I was let into the sales floor and I wandered around for 20 minutes looking for a specific rosin, and eventually left because I was never approached by any employees to offer help and I couldn't find what I was after.The 2nd time, I figured I would preorder and pick up what I was after since the customer service was lacking. I found my item online, placed my order and went to pick it up. Upon arriving for my pickup order I was informed they didn't have the item I picked and was told that was why they didn't send a confirmation. (They had my cell number for the order and never called to tell me this before I got there.) They asked if I wanted something else. I looked at the other selections and was disappointed and chose not to select something else. As I left, upset for the 2nd time walking out of that store, I said I probably wasn't coming back. The three employees standing there behind the counter laughed and said OK! Classy, right?

I will not be going back to this store.

Plus, GLH has them beat hands down on prices with 25 dollar zips!! 5 mins away and...

They don't advertise what's on self bought purple dragon just to open it up and it not be the product I picked . The pre package make it seem like they didn't have it so they just put what ever strain in it n called it good as if no one would notice. This is not okay and I will be opening my packages before I walk out the door for now on. The only reason I bought was because it was purple but open it and it's as green as the grass not even a hint of purple. Was not the same as what was displayed. Not happy with the customer care at this point they just care about the money n not the people.

I was looking at some items behind a rudimentary barrier when I was chastened by staff for being too close to the products when there was no clear definition of where exactly I was supposed to be and not supposed to be. Overall, it was pretty cool to purchase marijuana at one in the morning... I will go back simply because of the hours of operation.
