If you are looking for cabinetry and installation do not go any further. After spending days getting bids at box stores, meeting with potential private cabinet builders and then interviewing 4 West, I decided to go with 4 West. Stephanie came out to my house and measured everything (Try to get Lowes to do that for you and have it turn out ok). She was professional and very knowledgeable about the various manufacturers they use. She was so easy to work with and things were going so smoothly, it almost made me a little nervous as I hadn't used them before and tend to be skeptical of anyone in the construction trade unless I have a personal recommendation. She spent a few hours in my kitchen measuring, then went back to her store and emailed a quote the next day. Their price was on par with everyone and in some cases under. But where they really shine is the customer relations area. They sent Dave out to install the cabinetry, he was incredible. There were a couple little hiccups with what the manufacturer had sent, but rather than complaining about it or throwing his hands up in the air, he quietly fixed things. I wouldn't even have known about any of it, except that I was here the whole time. He not only seemed to really care about the work he was doing, he was so positive and had such a good sense of humor, we really felt like we were friends by the time he finished. Through out the process, if I had any questions or concerns Tiffany was always there making things right. We even met the owner, Josh and we can see why his employees are happy and well trained. He seemed like a great "boss". The quality of the cabinetry is very clear. Both my contractor and now my tile guy say they will recommend them as well. On a side note, if you are installing granite countertops, 4 West works with Natural Stone Fabrication in Kalispell. I already knew the owner, Jeremy, as he had done some work for me previously. His company is the best in this valley and again, the pricing is fair and the work good. I am already thinking about my next little project and I will be contacting...

Single worst business I have ever head the misfortune of dealing with, no exaggeration. Took months to complete a small, simple kitchen. They had to come back 3+ times to fix stuff they messed up and only did so because we were withholding final payment. They installed the cabinets on top of the ram board/ painters tape they laid on the floor and never removed it. Less than one year after installation, countertops are failing. Zero professionalism from these guys. Photos are of bottom of cabinet showing tape left by installer and no caulking/ finish work, and the condition of the countertop directly next to the stove which is burning and cracking after just a few months of regular use. Attended 4 West Cabinetry Grand Opening on yesterday and it was great! There was a good number of people that supported the event. There was delicious appetizers, prizes and of course beautiful semi- custom Cabinetry in all colors...
