Not only is LodgeCraft’s pricing reasonable, but they absolutely stand behind their products. The furniture we purchased after only seeing it on the website was delivered immediately after manufacture stock was confirmed and was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, several months later we starting noticing some finishing issues due to a manufacturing defect. LodgeCraft could have very easily choose to ignore us, as I’m just an internet customer located a long ways away in Illinois, but not the case. Adam took the bull by the horns and had me a new replacement table delivered just a few weeks later. Awesome company, first class customer service and great products!

We ordered the Intercon Taos bedroom set from Lodgecraft.com The furniture was for a home in a remote area of Wisconsin and some e-tailers wouldn't even deliver here. We ordered the furniture during the COVID supply chain crunch so it took us many months to get the furniture. Mitchell was outstanding. He was helpful every step of the way, even before we placed the order. He kept us appraised of the status of the order, and coordinated delivery since this is a seasonal home. We received our furniture yesterday. The driver was helpful and courteous, the furniture was well packaged and arrived in great shape. What's more, it is beautiful! Just what we wanted. We ordered a Twin over Full Size futon log bunkbed back in July and took delivery the first part of December for our cabin up north. We could not be happier with the look and how well all of the parts fit perfectly together. This kind of bunkbed is a little more complicated than most but the ends of all the parts were carefully market at the plant and assembly took about an hour. Its well made and if we should ever have a tornado at the cabin I will shelter in place under the twin bed since its so sturdily made. Hats off to Lodgecraft they make great log furniture that fits perfectly together. The shipping process was also handled well and everything came all the way from Montana to Michigan on one large pallet with everything packed tight and wrapped...
