Great place. While my toddler had fun just running around with the big kids, he surprised me and enjoyed the fire tower set-up too. I had to lift him up onto the different platforms to climb it up but he was independent for the different perks up top. With his little 2 year old feet, it was good I was on the swinging bridge with him as I can see his feet getting caught in between the boards and tripping. The fire tower set-up at the top is overall safe and it would be difficult to fall down the climbing tower entrance once you're at the uppermost level. Also appreciate how kids can enter the 2nd highest level and have a wide space to climb up the platform along the sides so multiple kids can climb up at once. I didn't feel like my toddler was in the way when I lifted him up on that platform level. For the toddler camp: I feel like there could be more small tables for their kitchen/cafe. I think a small compact play gym for 1-2 year olds with a short slide could be nice in the corner next to the moose on the wall, especially if the kitchen/cafe area and the cushion blocks in the center of the space are all in use. Staff were very friendly and interacted well with the kids. Will have to try the pizza but the cheese and ham panini I had was tasty, the toasted bread was slightly on the burned side for my preference but the panini was overall good. Haven't tried the wine yet but would like to if my spouse comes with me next time.

This was a great place for a few hours with kids from 3 to 8. There are two towers to climb that are more advanced my 5 year old could do one no problem. My 3 year old needed some help but then was good after a few times. One big slide, a climbing wall, two vertical run ramps and a small toddler area with some kitchen play area and stackable tree logs. There is food and drink options that are plenty not excessive but enough and a few beer and wine options as well. Highly recommended.

We came for a birthday party and I was blown away! This place is fantastic!!! A little bit of a struggle with kiddos of varying ages but they all had a blast! Great environment! The staff was very attentive and helpful to all the kiddos! I didn’t get the young man’s name but he helped my daughter to believe in herself to get all the way up the running ramp thing that is here! It was awesome! Great party space and beautiful building! Very clean space!!!! ❤️

We planned a birthday party for my 7yr old here because there are very limited options in the valley. The kids had fun playing together. The party room is reserved for 90 min and costs 200 dollars not including the pizza. We ordered a fruit platter and veggie platter that was a combined total of about 70 dollars..the amount of fruit and veggies was NOT worth that price at all. When we first got there at our scheduled party time we had to wait for the room to be cleaned and we were told several times by one of the workers that if we go over our 90 min time limit it will not be a big deal because we are the last party for the day. Considering we didn't even to get into our room to set up right away. Water and cups were never provided, no plates either. My husband had to go grab everything. As it got closer to our 90 min time limit we were told repeatedly that if we go over our time we will be charged an extra 30 dollars..feeling extra rushed to get the party over. Horrible place for parties, overpriced and not worth it. Bad service. 90 minutes is NOT...

This was the first birthday party we paid a host for. We mainly throw them at a local park but thought this would be a nice change. We were wrong. The staff at the front desk and whoever is paid to wander with the children on the play sets, were the most unprofessional girls I have ever encountered at any facility. The attitudes of both were shocking and honestly gag worthy. We did not pay well over $200 for attitudes of such magnitudes. Neither had reason and profanity was used by one directly to a 5 year old child in front of witnesses. If you do not like children, do not work in an environment built for children. Simple. However, the food was delicious. The gentleman who took our drink and food orders was phenomenal. Great personality and very genuine. Overall, most of the kids had a decent time. The toddler area could use a bit more activities. I saw in a comment above that it's in the works. Different staff in some areas and the place is packed...
