Kopper Kitchen was fantastic! Kristen was super friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process, and Mary was so sweet when she worked our wedding! The pricing was fair, and she had different options depending on our budget. The menu was extensive, which made it hard to choose! We were OBSESSED with the Korean Bison Meatballs and the crab cakes, the tri tip with chimichurri was to DIE for, and the signature salad was fantastic! We wish we could eat at a restaurant of theirs just to relive our amazing wedding dinner! They were very professional and handled our whole day completely. I wasn’t worried about a thing, which was incredible. They also made us a special plate of the appetizers just so we could make sure we got some! We had 2 vegan guests, and they accommodated by making 2 entrees just for them. We also had a miscommunication with our tasting scheduling, and they made sure they could accommodate us, even though it was my mistake. We used Kopper Kitchen for our wedding in West Glacier, Montana, and they did a wonderful job. They served appetizers during our cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style mac and cheese bar with salads. We had requested both caesar and ranch dressing for the salads, and they were happy to accommodate that for us.

We unknowingly ended up running ahead of schedule and announced dinner before their planned serving time. Even so, they adjusted quickly and had everything ready within minutes, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, and it was such a relief to have it turn out so well, especially since we planned our destination wedding without the chance to try it beforehand.

They also cut and served our cake right after dinner, helped with cleanup, gathered finished plates from guests’ tables, and even boxed up the extra food for us to take. I felt they truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly.

We are from Iowa and planned our wedding on recommendations only. We had small wedding in GNP with an intimate 8-person private dinner at our cabin in the North Fork region. We picked up a charcuterie board early for appetizers while getting ready. I was helped by Mary as soon as I walked in the door and the charcuterie board looked beautiful. Someone is our party commented on every detail of the board, and somehow it tasted even better than it looked! While we were getting married in the park, Kristen and Mary arrived at the cabin, and by the time we arrived they had the table set and an absolutely delicious dinner of beef medallions, asparagus, and whipped potatoes ready. From booking to the actual event Kristen and The Kopper Kitchen made the food side of our wedding perfect.
