I purchased a Farmhouse Wood Spool Wall Clock from Midwest Woodworks through Etsy.com for $229, and when I opened the box the clock was damaged. I immediately sent the sellers (Jessica and Kyle) a message through Etsy.com about this situation. I sent photos requested of the damage.

They replied and indicated they would send a new clock and to discard the damaged clock. It's been more than three months, and I have not received the new clock, after messaging them three times over this period of time with no response. It's too late to file a case, because I waited more than 100 days for the clock, even though I messaged them every few weeks about the clock with no response. This may have been by design.

I am not even allowed to post a review on Etsy.com, because it has been more than 100 days. I think the sellers deliberately stalled by ignoring my messages so that I would have no recourse, per Etsy.com. This is why I am leaving this review on Google Reviews. It's also too late to dispute the purchase with my credit card company, which I think is another reason the sellers stalled by not responding to my messages. I will not purchase anything from Etsy.com, because of the limitation they place to remedy issues with their sellers.
