Visited the Dollar Tree. They seem to have solved staffing issues, but staff still needs more training. I purchased red white blue garland to finish a project. I paid for 1 and received 4 identical pieces instead of 1. The garland was improperly unpacked and displayed. I called the Dollar Tree to alert the staff of the issue. The person on the phone was very dismissive. Either she didn't understand or just didn't care. This Dollar Tree is having inventory issues not due to theft but lack of merchandise knowledge. Just happened to go over at the Price Chopper it was pretty late in the evening, enjoyed it because it wasn't that many customers in there since they had already come because of the incoming freezing rain and snow storm. Got in quickly so the product selection that I want it which I thought it wasn't going to be anymore that was going to be any good since people came rushing in. Brywood Centre is a quiet place. It looks like most of the businesses that had been there either went out of business, or maybe moved to a different location. The Family Dollar store is pretty typical of the Family Dollar stores everywhere. The store is reasonsonably priced, and has a wide range of every day type of merchandise.
