If I could give them a negative five star I would, their customer service is horrible. They were so quick to jump the gun to assume a customer was being rude to them. When in reality this customer right here was talking good about them. I was trying to tell people to go ahead and keep waiting it was worth it. This was at the taco and tequila festival, wait was 40 mins to an hour. I started getting Yale, dad. I was told by the owner that if I didn't like it.I could get my money back. When I tried to explain myself, they were just yelling and screaming at me and going off at me. Maybe because I'm Hispanic and most of the customers were African American, but yet didn't jump the gun with any of the African American customer. They only were rude and disrespectful to me, which I am Hispanic. They definitely are racist or only want to give good customer service to their own kind and that was very disrespectful.I've experienced things like this before.With a different type of race, but not brown people. They were not trying to give me my money back for 2 Turkey. Legs. I decided to keep mine because I was very hungry. But afterwards I was so upset. That I ended up not eating that nasty NASTY food, and I threw it away....

Beware! The menu is quite pricey but the smoked turkey legg and wings are absolutely delicious 😋 We also had a side of baked beans, mixed greens (no cornbread), mac and cheese, and yams. The sides were just alright had to doctor 'em up a little bit the mac and cheese not cheesy enough and yams (too much nutmeg) with a sprinkle of brown sugar. They were out of banana pudding and pecan rum cake. The interior design is like a fortress and not very customer friendly, it's take out of course but unless you're six feet tall there isn't any way to get a show on your food and if cash is accepted it could be somewhat difficult trying to pass it. The place was busy and a bit disorganized yesterday evening. My service was actually rude, but at the end of my order they made it right. I do realize not everyone communicate well with others period and the first time can be rather challenging. "There's a lot going on!" Overall, we were impressed with the smoked meat and will return to KC TurkeyLeggman sometime in the near future. Hopefully we'll experience better the second...

I ordered from DoorDash yesterday and I gave my review. But today my stomach hurts and last night I kept waking up out of my sleep feeling so hot and cold at the same time and my stomach hurting so bad I was crying and could barely sleep. I’m stuck in bed today can barely keep anything down trying to keep hydrated because after eating some of the food I’m now sick and have the atomic water S#*t’s today and feel horrible. I was really let down when I thought this food was going to be good. I’ve had some people tell me it’s good and others tell me it was ok and one of my friends said they got sick from here too. But I’ve been debating for a long time because I love turkey and burnt ends and the pictures looked good! So I finally splurged and got me some and wish I didn’t. And I had nothing to eat yesterday except for from this restaurant and I haven’t ate anything else today because I can’t keep anything down I feel so sick after eating this food and coming out both ends.
