Dollar General — Local services in Kansas

Still a 3 star only because they NEVER carry enough merchandise. I go in with a list of 7 items & come out with 2. Thank God we have a family dollar next door to get the other 5 items. We wouldn't need family dollar if management would keep the place stocked. It is up to you in the main office to see that Dollar General in Kansas, Ok gets all the products she / he needs!! The help is still great! Very friendly, always working. I do want to mention that when I went in the other day to buy a few products that was stocked, I had to search for the correct price. I even rearranged the light bulbs because none of them where in the right place. Each & Every aisle in the store needs stocked & properly priced. ATTENTION DISTRICT MANAGEMENT! You need to go check this store & make sure it is stocked, cleaned & properly organized. Check which products sell the most & order accordingly & keep extra in back. This is a very busy store! It needs STRONG management to help the store manager. I dont think inventory has ever been done...

The workers are very friendly and helpful, but this store is ALWAYS a mess!!....thats why I rate it a 3 star. Its never fully stocked. They are always out of something & it seems like weeks before it is restocked. Im still waiting on scrub pads for my face. I NEVER GET DISCOUNTED FOR MY DIGITAL COUPONS! there is something wrong here. I had to hold up the line twice now. Not 1 coupon showed up on my receipt. I was told it was the main office fault, I have complained now several times now they need to report it. Why don't they report it? One of the worst dollar generals i've been to. aisles cluttered with boxes of product. Only one cashier even though there is three employees. The conveyor belt has junk on it all the time so when customers put their items on it they have to push it to the cashier. Employees gossiping to the customers making the others in line wait.
