Sept 14th 2023,I was there for the VIP event as I have many times. Played for app 2hrs on a machine, got it up to less then 2.00 from the cut off jackpot, put my seat up, left money in machine and went to get our free gift. Had to get in line, since I can't stand app 35 minutes till giveaways. A slot supervisor, TRAVIS came up to me, took it upon himself to CASH OUT MY MACHINE, His 1st words to me were "Do You Have A Problem?" Handed me my ticket, Informed me he was a supervisor,and I couldn't save my machine,then proceeded to let a guy he had been talking to sit down, of course, in no time, the jackpot hit. As I knew it had to. I had his boss TOBY called up to check all cameras to verify what transpired, was told someone would contact me. I've heard nothing. This TRAVIS was a totally on some sort of power trip, Rude, and Hateful. I've been going here since it was just Bingo, and have been a silver tier member for yrs. Never have I been spoken to anywhere in public like this TRAVIS GUY did. EVER! I've seen supervisors actually put machines out of service for a choice few when jackpots get high. I simply walked up 20 feet to get a gift that was offered. If this is the type of ppl that golden eagle puts in a supervisor position,I won't be back..! TOTALLY...

Drove 12 hours from Houston to Topeka with thoughts of an hour drive from Topeka to the casino for the prime rib buffet. Have not been there for 2 years and was super excited to be heading back again for an awesome dinner. When my wife and I arrived just a few minutes after the buffet opened, the line was rather quick getting in. I ordered my prime rib MR and wife med well, Was happy to see whole pan fried catfish on buffet, rest of buffet food was good. Was eating the food from buffet and practically drooling waiting for the remembered inch thick, juicy and flavorable prime rib, waitress came with them (very nice lady), she set them down and my heart sank, my jaw dropped as I looked at the plates she set down. Extremely thin and sad looking piece on meat, the flavor was not as it used to be. I did ask for a second one (remember it's a buffet), and was politely (she was) informed we are only supposed to get one. She did get me a second one (bless her heart)... It tasted like a regular ribeye...
