In trying to retrieve my keys for the first time, staff was not in the office until closing time and had decided to leave early that day without providing that information to residents. Staff made no apologies afterward about wasting my time, made no alternative arrangements to pickup keys, and took no accountability for not being there when they said they would. They offered nothing further than a response that said you must meet our office hours deadline to come and pickup the keys and it is your responsibility as a resident to tell us when you will be coming to the clubhouse within business hours.
