If i could give NO STARS I would've. Moved to the area about 2 months ago. And as soon as myself and the kids saw this store we wanted to visit! Unfortunately for us I wish we would've NEVER entered. Our first visit was as follows... We walked in and upon entry there were two cashiers checking out customers. NEITHER greeted us. My 9 year old wanted to try one of their milk and fruit cup things and we looked around and no one was there to assist. After we figured out our selection and proceeded to the cash register a gentleman checked us out and of course he did say a word!! :( Needed milk this Sunday 12/29/24 and since this is the closest to my house I HAD to go here :( As with the first no one greeted me and let's talk about that... Had trouble locating it because there's a sign that says "Dairy" but there was no milk. Beatriz a cashier showed me in was up front. I get walk to the register and of course no one is there. She (Beatriz) comes from outside, rings up my milk. And proceeds to STEAL my change ; the coins rather. When I informed her of it tells me its only a few pennies! And seems to laugh with another lady in their language about the situation. This is my problem with that.. How many UNSUSPECTING customers has she done this too!?? If she's willing to steal some coins then what else wouldn't she do!! M MANAGEMENT BEWARE. As I leave after her opening her unopened penny wrapper and giving me my change, and hear her and the other lady who i think is MANAGEMENT, due to her being in plan clothing who appeared after I got my milk, and no one at the register. Maybe she thought I was going to walk out! Both I could still hear laughing. Let's continue, called the store immediately after and no answer. Waited until the next day; called again and this an answer. Ask for the Manager and the lady asks what I needed? I ask for them again she then tells me the Manager is busy and I should call back within 30 minutes. Then hangs up in my face. I will be calling the...
Read moreI asked the butcher to cut a chicken in pieces. He looked bothered then confused. I explained to cut it for me for a soup. He did a horrible job. He cut the spine is pieces. I had my daughter helping me cook that day. So I didn't notice that until the soup was ready and there were small bones everywhere. As a customer, I find it rude for a butcher to be bothered for a request to cut a chicken. Isn't that the butcher's job? Was I wrong for requesting that? I recently moved to this area. The meat market that I used to go to, the butcher was extremely nice! I was a regular customer there and he already knew what meats I wanted when I approached to the counter. He also already knew that I always requested for my chicken to be cut and the chicken breasts to be sliced into milanesa slices. I used the chicken slices to make chicken cordon bleu đ I really miss that...
