I booked an appt on Friday, September 26th. The receptionist asked what services I wanted and I explained that I wanted to get rid of my summer highlights and change my color and look for Fall. I was quoted $130.00. The receptionist booked my appt for that afternoon and said I would have my colored by Pari. Upon arrival I explained to Pari that I wanted a darker color on top and wanted the color to fade to an almost platinum blond at the tips. I explained that my hair naturally has a lot of red undertones and told her that I hate reddish/orange hues and told her I needed to have a lot of time under the dryer to lift the redness and a toner put in for at least 30 mins. She assured me she was "the best" at creating the ombre look I wanted to achieve and said she does it all the time for her clients. After she finished coloring my hair she allowed another lady (with short dark hair) to cut my hair. I told that lady I wanted to trim my dead ends but wanted to keep the long, blended, V-cut I've had since April. I noticed the lady using her scissors to cut my hair straight across and I asked her if she was giving me a blunt cut to which she assured me she was not. I then told her I really hate blunt cuts and she again told me that's not what she was doing to my hair. Once she finished cutting my hair she curled it with a large curling iron. After Pari looked at the finished results she told me she wanted me to "come back" after 2 weeks so she could "fix" my hair because the color was nowhere near what I asked for. You could clearly see my highlights peaking through the root job and the color was a bright reddish orange which I specifically said I did not want prior to her starting the work on my hair. I was upset but had been there for many hours and the salon had already been technically closed for over a half hour and had many things to take care of so I agreed to go back. Four and a half hours after showing up I was given a bill for $320.00 which I promptly paid because I was exhausted from being there and anxious to get out. I also added a 20% tip ($64) for hours of work that went into to my hair. The next day when I finally had a minute to really look at the job done on my hair I was horrified. My hair was not only red/orange but I have reddish pink streaks in the front and there was no "ombre" to my hair at all. It looked as if I had taken a bottle of peroxide and poured it all over my hair. I contacted Pari (she is the owner of the salon) and explained how unhappy I am with the job they did on my hair. I understand many hours were spent working so maybe a full refund would be too much but my hair looks soooo bad! I asked for a partial refund so I could take the refund and find a professional to fix my hair. I definitely feel a 50% refund of the amount she charged to color, cut, "ombre" and tone my hair is fair. She responded and told me a refund would not be given. I have copied and pasted a portion of the email I received: "we are sorry after all sevices and time we cannot refined your money .we are poressionel we did poressionel job .have grest day." I wish there was a way to upload a picture of my hair. Even though I am so embarrassed I feel I need to warn people who even consider this salon that they are not professionals and they don't care about doing a good job. All they care about is taking your...

Once I got there I waited maybe 5 minutes. Patti was so nice and understanding and very apologetic. She saw how uneven my hair was and apologized. She fixed it and blow dryed my hair. She was very sweet. She also gave me a free haircut for next time. I didnlike the color Madeline did after I got home and looked and washed and styled it myself. The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. I would like to go back just maybe not have the same person cut my hair.
First of all only one person has ever cut and colored my hair so I was extremely nervous. I went and saw Madeline she is very sweet and did a good job. I paid $165 for full hilite and a cut. When I left my hair wasn’t fully dried and it was not styled. I wanted my hair to be more blonde, not brassy blonde and to cut the dead ends. I can still see my dark roots a little and my hair is uneven. One side is longer than the other all the way around. Probably about an inch difference. I live 45 minutes away so it’s not just down the road where I could have went back. I called this morning and told them the issue and asked if I could come back in today to have someone fix it. The guy on the phone tells me that they are completely booked for the day. Naturally I’m upset, I said well my hair is messed up and completely uneven. I had an appointment yesterday it isn’t my fault she messed up my hair. I paid $165 and it’s not right. So you need to fit me in and have someone fix it. He states well he can’t just cancel a client for me and have me take their spot. No that’s not what I said. I said fit me in and make time it’s your mistake and you guys need to fix it. He says well I can fit you in between now and 1:15.....I live 45 minutes away. I said that’s not going to work I live to far away and he said well if you can be here by 1:15 we can fit you in or schedule you for another day. No my hair is messed up and it needs fixed today. I said I would take my business elsewhere. I’m very unhappy with the customer service and the pricing. It seems ridiculous to me to charge someone $65 for a cut color and style...when my hair wasn’t fully dried nor styled. I will not...
Read moreCame in for a concert to get my hair washed and styled contacted them because my hair barely even made it home with curls they fell flat instantly ( I live 2 miles away) I can see if my hair naturally does that but when I curl my own hair it lasts for days well when I contacted them I told them it cost me $100 with tip to have my hair curled that barely made it home and I was disappointed. ended up finding out I was overcharged she told me that the service was $60 and that I left a $40 tip well that’s not what I was told by the lady who charged me she said $50 for your hair and $20 for your extensions (that where mine already) and I left a $30 tip and no I didn’t get a receipt because the receptionist was to busy on the phone to check me out and now there refusing to believe that the lady overcharged me it isn’t even about the $10 I could careless it’s about take responsibility and say the truth on how much you charged me why make the customer seem like a liar! I only contacted them cause I was dissatisfied about my hair not holding its curl I expected it to cause it was done supposedly “professionally” but shows me she isn’t a professional when she doesn’t take ownership of her faults! And all they offered me was 15% off my next visit! Yea right I’ll never step back in there again and ever since I had my hair done it’s been breaking and falling! Worst experience of my life I hate when people lie! Just be honest it’ll get you further in life!
