DeSoto Pawn — Local services in Keachi

Several close friends ,relatives and i have had great experiences in the past with this business but like they say it only takes one bad experience to ruin it. Unfortunately that happened today. When you quote a price to a customer you should stand behind it. I was told they had an item at a great price on Friday and my brother told them I was interested and would be by Monday since I was out of pocket and could not be by in till then. I showed up this morning with money in hand and asked to see the item before purchasing to confirm fit and finish. It was placed on the counter in front of me to inspect and before I could get the money out i was told that it was going back to the family member that consigned to sell. So at this point I am out 60 miles of driving, couldn't guess why they would even still have it on display or would even let me look it over if it wasn't for sale. I could have understood if they had sold it to some else that's the way it goes first come first served. They offered to order one for me but not at the price they quoted. I can order the item my self and have it delivered to my door for the same price. I was told about this place by a coworker so I decided to check it out last week on my way back to Lafayette. I wasn't planning on buying anything but ended up walking out with a couple boxes of 556 and a box of 380 at a really good price. A much better price than what I've seen on line and in other big box stores. The people here were very knowledgeable and very courteous. They had a big supply of ammo and lots of ARs as well as AR parts. I have already told all of my family and friends about this place and will definitely coming back!!!...
