Joe will steal from you and the owner will allow it. Joe verbally harassed me when I called him out for stealing 20 dollars. The owner wouldn't do anything about it. I do not recommend this establishment at all. The owner never asked for a date and time. He does not know WHEN the incident occurred so his reply is a perfect example of his business model....
