They were instrumental in helping our organization complete a composting project. Our community had a pancake breakfast and a BBQ. They accepted our compostable tableware after the event so that the kids could see what happens to the compostable materials at an industrial facility. They wanted to help encourage the kids to continue to make environmentally-friendly choices and liked that they were getting the community to not use single-use plastic tableware at these events.
