They provided my friend with extremely poor customer service the day before and the day of her wedding. They quoted my friend $550 for the flowers and arrangements that were ordered. The day before the wedding, told her she would be charged $900. Through a phone conversation, the florist claimed she did not know that "it was a budget wedding". Come on .. who doesn't have a budget!? When you quote a price, you follow through. If there are adjustments needed, you contact the bride and or the person paying to discuss the cost difference. That's common sense as well as good customer service. Although the arrangements were nice, I along with the bride, her mother, her sisters and the wedding party are never doing business with this company again. Very dissatisfied with the way things were handled. There is no excuse for this horrible...

Total lack of variety when it comes to fresh flower choices. It's always the same, mums, green poms, asatic lily, rose, carnation and Peruvian lily, which lasts in the vase about 14 hours after bringing them home. Most flowers are past prime. Rose buds are soft, so they never open, just brown and die. Filler flowers same story, basic greens, and Baby's breath. Anytime someone has ordered something from a online flower retailer, they're made from here, they look NOTHING like pictures. Not even same flowers. Plants sent never have plant information, even the plant name. You call and no one there had any idea what they sent you. Because, they don't care if it dies, then you can go buy...

Love love love this place!! I shop here every year for the best flower baskets around. Yes, they're a bit pricey, but well worth every penny you spend here cuz the quality can't be beat in my opinion. The baskets I buy here make my neighbors jealous..lol Their selection of tray flowers and plants is awesome, too. They're always happy to answer your questions and help you load your vehicle if they have time... so kind. Please stop by here and check it out. You won't regret it.. unless you spend too much, but is that even possible when you're getting such great quality?? No.. cuz it's well...
