My experience with Preston Ford of Keller was beyond awesome, from the moment I found, and bought my first car, and birthday gift to myself. A 2023 Mazda CX-30 2.5 Turbo Premium, to the whole enquiry process, and then the buying and delivery. Melissa is such a great rep. First of all the price was almost too good to be true, to top it all the car had only 7k miles on it. Oh did I mention, everything was 100% online, as we live in Yorktown VA, about 2 hours from Keller. I had to send my husband to go and look at the car because it was unbelievable. Paperwork was swift, and I just received my license plate in the mail. Did I mention. they delivered my car free of charge and at the said day and time. The couple who delivered my car are great at their job. I had my financing from my bank, and of all the dealerships I tried to buy a car from, Preston Ford, were the only dealership who did not try to convince me to use their inhouse financing or to go above my budget. instead they gave me a $500 discount and everything in total was a few hundred $$ lower than my budget. I will recommend this dealership over, and over again to anyone who wants a straightforward buy. Oh, I will also be using them...

My bf and I have been in need of a new car. Unfortunately, with all the overtime he pulls and with the fact that I care for our 8 month old son at home, it’s been impossible for the both of us to get to a dealership to actually look. Sheila and Jerry Sink of Preston Ford of Keller made our purchase possible. They sold us Sheila’s personal vehicle, a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. It is beautiful! I think I love it more everyday! They were so accommodating; they obtained my information, ran my credit, and secured a financing lender for me, all over the phone. Then they let my bf drive the car 230 miles back home, with all the necessary paperwork, for me to sign, attach down payment, and mail back to them. I’ve already received all my purchase paperwork back in less than a week’s time. We have never had a car this new! I am elated! Edited review: 9/30/24 I was dissappointed w/ my last visit. They charged me an almost $200 diagnostic fee but failed to address my other concerns and I felt rushed! What happened to the Ladies?!Sorry I had to take back my 5 star ratings!!!

I have been a customer with them almost 6 yrs now. They have always been very professional which is sometimes hard to come by on the shore,However, I must say my last visit moved them up some notches for me. I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change and I asked them to check my brake calipers. There was one lady in particular that took her time to explain to me what I needed with labor and cost.I was very impressed with the service before but I always felt like the guys were rushing through the explanation. However she answered my questions thoroughly and I really liked the way she broke down the parts and labor for me... I know you guys are making colossal changes, but I...
