I drove from Fairbanks in the stormiest weather I've ever personally experienced and I'd do it all over to enjoy the luxury of staying here again. Cheap, close to the supermarket (Safeway), and soooo spacious. I was shocked to see what I received for what I paid. Kitchen had coffee and tea, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and some soaps as well. Kitchenware, stove, and oven were all very functional. Nice neighborhood. Genuinely will have to consider once a summer trips to the Kenai Peninsula just to be back. Owner is nice and considerate and communicates regularly in the event of any issues. I met a housekeeper in the parking lot and she was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Thank you so much...

First of all when you drive through the neighborhood it seemed a lil sketchy, But when you walk in Kristi's place it felt so warm and welcoming we decided to stay because like I said before didn't particularly care for the neighborhood, but we felt safe her place she had everything we needed she even provides extra on everything you could imagine, this place was immaculate!! We felt right at home and so very comfy and cozy, the beds were so nice too we all got a good night sleep just the right touch to get us back on the road again for our long week road trip. My wife and I stayed at a cottage for three nights in mid-July of 2023 for salmon fishing. The cottage was the cutest and the most romantic one we have ever stated. Staying at it will remain as a beautiful memory to us for a long time. Kristi was very communicative and her husband Jerry was very resourceful.
