Sweet Paws Retreat is a gift from God to our family!!! I have a rescue dog and in need of a groomer that would really understand what my girl needs. I stopped in yesterday to see about a meet and greet for the following day. When we pulled up I had a mix of emotions. I prayed for all to go with the least amount of stress to my baby. I was in shock how excited she was! The staff came to meet her in a manner dogs need to be approached. They sat on the floor with her and let her explore. Theresa felt she could definitely have her nails done with how her tail kept wagging! She played with Luisa who held her during her manicure. Even used the drummel without freaking out. She felt their love. Played with Matt giving kisses! Then there's the manager Patty. My baby girl was drawn to her. She even cried when Patty left for just a few minutes. I have NEVER had such ease with people around my dog. Sweet Paws Retreat is just shy of a miracle. They will not refuse a service they provide until they meet the client. Some dogs have stories... I've taken my dog here a few times for daycare and she seems to enjoy it. I usually make her an appointment when both my partner and I have to work the whole day, so she doesn't have to spend all day in the crate as she's still a puppy who likes to get into stuff. I usually make her appointments a day before on the app where she's always wait listed until they eventually confirm. This time, I knew I'd need their services further in advanced and booked three days beforehand and was waitlisted like always. Not thinking anything of it, I was about to bring her in Friday morning before work when I realized they never sent a confirmation email and went to the app to check, only to find her appointment had been canceled. They really need to send emails whether they confirm or cancel it because I planned my whole day around bringing her there only to find out her appointment was canceled right before leaving the house. Also, they never answer the phone when you call whether it's to check on your dog or...

Update: visited again. Still had a good time. Plenty of room for the dogs to run.

Short review: sniff spot rental was great. 5/5 would recommend. Will be back again.

Long review: this was my first time using sniff spot, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Google maps led us right to the place, and then the signs directed us to the entry gate. Once inside, there's plenty of room for dogs to run free. There's a few sticks around for throwing. Make sure you bring water for yourself and dogs. There is a walking trail on an adjacent property. It's outside the fenced area, but can be seen from inside.

When closing the gate, make sure it's secured tight. Otherwise, small to medium dogs may be able to get out.

Waste bags are provided near the parking lot, and also inside the fence. 2 chairs are provided inside the fence as well.

Overall, it's great. Plenty of room to run. The fencing is plenty tall enough for most dogs. The area is clean. Plus, no pesticides are used. Would...
