Lady was very helpful and friendly. I actually went here to turn in my modem and be done with sparklight after 3 years of being a customer. Customer service sucks when you call them they can't give you answers to anything. The service sucks even after switching plans, is what it is because it's either crappy service thru sparklight or crappy service thru ATT which costs twice a much. Newwave has dropped many channels that I watch and that are popular channels like CMT, TVLand, Spike. Nick, and many others. Technical support is great but would not recommend anyone at all signing up with NewWave. They offer nothing worth watching! Get an antenna and have better channels than Newwave. They have actually sold again to another company and things are expected to get worse. $89+ a month for nothing...
