Fun'ish. Nice when it's sunny / dry but at least they put down bark in walking areas so not muddy. PROS: Relevant for spooky month & getting Halloween 🎃 pumpkins, treats & fresh local produce (pay per pound like at grocery store). CONS: when it's busy it's like way busy so be prepared to walk a lot because parking gets full plus the entire event area is split between each side of the street, uneven grounds/not very ADA friendly, and the worst is how expensive everything is like srsly TOO EXPENSIVE that it feels very wrong 😭 💸💸💸 As an example a family of 3 can spend a couple hundred dollars easy if you want to do ALL activities & get only 1 pumpkin each (pay by weight). There's all the food/drinks, kettle corn; kinda pricey then $33 to walk the maze $11 per person, $9 per person for access to the "farm" & activities which you have to pay to be able to ride the "hay ride" (which is not comfy & shoulder to shoulder with strangers during cold n flu n covid going around) and that's another $5 per person... It's ridiculous. What it should be is ONE reasonable PRICE per person for full access to every single thing then pay by weight for pumpkins reasonably similar to the grocery stores and the hay rides should be more than one "cart" and less people for health safety & comfort. I WISH this could be a family tradition but in this economy it's another place that is squeezing out the poor from enjoying something simple, straining the middle class to "budget" it on to not let the kids down, and basically catering to the rich who can fully enjoy & participate without a thought to how ex$pensive it is. 😔 it was way...
Read moreVery disappointed on how they handle a situation. I go every year and I will never go again. I was accused of lying and/or sneaking into the pumpkin patch with 3 toddlers (one was in a stroller)!!!! We paid $28 to enter the pumpkin patch and supposedly they give you an orange slip when you enter. We never received one so when I went to check out to purchase pumpkins they didn’t give me credit towards my purchase because I didn’t have an orange slip. I was told that their employees never make a mistake and we were given one. We dig through our purse and didn’t have it. I remember clearly that we didn’t receive one. But let’s just say we did get one, we most likely lost it in the pumpkin field. We had 2x 3 years olds and 1.5 year old with us so we were all over the pumpkin field. They provide no solution and wouldn’t give us a credit towards our purchases. How the hell would I be able to jump a fence with a stroller and two toddlers!!!! They know I freaking paid the ridiculous fee to enter the pumpkin patch!!! My toddler has T1D and her blood level was dropping very low so I had to attended to her. I told the woman i don’t I want to purchase these pumpkins and at that second she ripped a small pumpkin from my 1.5 year old hands! First make accusations towards me and then you were very rude to my children. You’re lucky I had to take care of my sick child or I would have made a scene. That woman is disgusting and useless. I will spend my money...
