Read moreI live out of state and was visiting Kenton on 1-30-24. I needed to send a very important text on my texting with WIFI only capable dumb phone. I stopped at Kenton Chevrolet and asked the very kind and helpful receptionist if I could use their waiting room WIFI for a few minutes. She gave me the guest password and I sat down in the waiting room and started my text. A gentleman walked over to me and said "I'm the owner, you have to leave now" (was it my bad for driving a Lexus rental car? I don't know). Of course I complied and resumed my journey. They pulled the tank and fixed the problem.Thank you, but my equipment in the van runs off the tank also and now none of my equipment works. I called and talked to who is over the shop and he said he would have the guy that actually worked on the van call me back. I returned a call back five days later because I hadnt received a call yet just to be told I Iwould be charged labor again to figure out the problem. Plus they tried to charge me for an oil change while it was in the shop because I never pulled an old oil change sticker off the windshield.
