My mother-in-law lived at this facility over 6 years ago. I had to call ‘corporate’ with concerns about staff. This is a small town facility, with staff not very experienced with residents with special needs as memory care patients need. I’ve witnessed staff becoming very frustrated with residents; including my mother-in-law. The food was not very palatable. My wife Marty has been at KHCC for over three years, and receives excellent care. The nurses and CNA’s are attentive to both her personal and medical needs. She has balanced and healthy meals and a very comfortable living environment. The cleaning staff does a great job and the facility is well maintained, both inside and out.
