We had a really hard move - 44 years in one house, and 4 months from the day the realtor arrived to look at our 3-story property to the day we moved into our 2-bedroom condominium. When she saw us looking disappointed in a placement, she made the movers put it in a different spot - we have a king-sized bed and she made them move it 3 times (I would never have had the nerve). My husband is still marveling at how nicely everything fits, and credits Amy. Furthermore, Amy and Erica unpacked and disposed of many boxes - so there were no empty boxes sitting around that night. Best of all, while my husband and I went back to the house to make sure everything was secure for the night, we arrived back at our condo to find that they had organized our kitchen (putting all the dishes and utensils in the cupboards, removing those boxes as well) and made the bed! When I saw that kitchen I almost cried - I had been dreading unpacking those boxes. Amy returned all the next day to help with "mop-up".
