They came out to fix my generator. The parts took forever to come in which was not their fault but there was no communication about an ETA. I had to call several times. When they finally came in, we set up an appointment for them to come out. My husband took off of work. We got a call from them the day before cancelling and had to reschedule and someone needed to be home which resulted in me having to take off of work. Fast forward a few months and our power went out today for the first time since they "fixed" our generator. The generator kicked on and fried several things inside the house, including light fixtures, gaming consoles, and my garage door. And I say kicked on but it really came on for less than a minute. We called them about this and they are charging us another diagnostic fee to come out and look at it after already paying them several thousand dollars and not actually fixing it and now on top of having to pay to replace and fix the things the generator killed when it came on. They just want to take your money and do not actually care about your time or the work they put into your things. At least that has been and is currently being my experience. I also suggest you look them up on the better business bureau website. They've lost their accredidation: "On 03/15/2022 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards:

As a local guide I do my best to give credit where credit is due. This company has always paid me the money I was owed. I read a comment that someone else have difficulty with payments etc. I have never experienced this in 4 years subbing out jobs through them. I have always had direct line to the owner and supervision. I speak with office workers routinely. My checks come the way they are suppose to. They are always available to help. I also have seen the owner of this company come work on air conditioning systems himself. This is a rather large company with lots of workers, so its refreshing to see another owner who wants to be hands on with work and personally dealing with customers. This is a company that stands behind their work. This is a company you can trust to work at and one you can trust they will take care of your generator...

I just want to let people know that the Generac from Valentine Mechanical Services, LLC. Louisiana Generators kicked it when our power went out Sunday night as the icestorm came in and switched off around midnight 5 days later, after a crew from Georgia worked all day to get the power back on in our neighborhood. The Generac worked like a charm and was a Godsend! We are I believe only one of two houses on our street with one and we managed to stay warm and comfortable throughout the outage, while the vast majority of our neighbors weren't nearly as fortunate.
