It's alright. Lots of strength training equipment. Lots of room to workout. Not a lot of choices for cardio machines.
Staff is hit or miss personality wise. I like how not one employee has tried to sell me anything, nothing- which is a nice change from living in bigger cities and dealing with high pressure sales at gyms. I actually sold myself the membership here, and walked the employee through my membership options. If I was the owner, I wouldn't be happy about reading this, but I didn't mind.
Biggest problem: the tiniest "locker room" I've ever seen in a gym. Changing clothes in a hall-way, next to the urinal, on a two person bench, while people bump shoulders constantly to go to the bathroom is almost enough of a problem to not join. They should fix that- too big of a gym not to have larger changing facilities.
All and all, it's ok. I think it's worth the price for a year membership. You're probably not going to find anything better in the area. So while I can't say it's great, I do recommend joining for the year membership...
   Read moreNo water stations so bring your own. Small bathroom and NO available lockers, if there are you have to pay extra, so bring a backpack to carry around. Sauna is currently out of service and equipment is from the 90's, most seats and benches are torn up plastic leather and impossible to clean effectively. Parking is hit or miss. Luckily my work pays for it, I wouldn't myself. Planet fitness is a better experience at 15 a month, but not many options...

A+ gym, solid lineup of equipment, friendly staff, and they just expanded the floorspace into one of the back classrooms. UPDATE: almost 3 years of lifting here now, and this gym has firmly cemented itself as my all time favorite.
