I want to share that I am being delayed. They keep telling me it's on a truck and will be here in a day or two. She doesn't remember telling the same story time after time. I am calling them in Kimball, Nebraska on Monday. I have only talked to the lady in North Carolina so far. My question is, why did they keep calling me asking if I was ready yet if they weren't ready? I panicked and got it done as fast as I could telling the workers I need this done ASAP! We ordered a 30x40 carport to be delivered in Colorado. From the beginning we experienced fantastic customer service. It started with our sales rep Lorria who came to our place and helped us with our order. She said they were 12 to 14 weeks out. So, we we're surprised when they called us to schedule the install within 6 weeks instead of 12 to 14 . the crew was great, extremely hard workers and with high 90s and even a thunderstorm they worked through it all.
