Bunce Buildings — Local services in King

I'm giving a 2 star review for a couple of reasons. First, the good: solid construction. I have no problem that. The complaints: When being delivered, shingles came off and the deliverer hammed some on to replace, and said they'd make sure it was corrected. We are now 2 years later and no one ever came out to inspect it. When being delivered, we had no idea that our fence had to be partially removed to get it where we needed it. My disabled husband and an elderly neighbor had to take the fence apart and then put it back together. It would have been nice if we knew that ahead of time. About 3 months ago, we contacted Bunce because during a windy storm, MORE shingles came off. We have contacted Bunce 3 times to complain. We still have never heard from anyone.

I am very pleased with the building I purchased. I already had electricity ran to where the building was to be placed and the guys that delivered the building sat it exactly where I needed it. I was able to connect the electricity to the building with minor effort. This is a great building and I have more room in it that I even imagined.
