Crestview Memorial Park — Local services in King

I think this company is very shady, and rip people off! Me and my family (6 of us) went in to purchase a plot for my grandmother who is in declining health. Mind you none of us had any experience in dealing with this sort of thing.....long story short we walked thinking we had been given a great deal....said it would have been $12,000 but with discounts he got it down to $8006! Now fast forward to like 3months later a family member of mine went in there to purchase the samething for his mother....and he walked out paying $4500! After further review of the contracts side by side we had the exact samething except on ours “memorial” was circled! I’d also like to point out that the contacts are not filled out like a business should do, just things are circled and there are no amounts beside to show exactly what you are paying for, just a grand total at the bottom??? I go back up there to question why is there a $3500 difference between the two, and come to find out we were being charged $3500 for a granite plate in the ground that we DID NOT agree too! And there’s the answer to why they fill the contracts out like they do cause you don’t see what you are really paying for and that’s how they RIP you off! Bottom line had this family member not went up there to purchase one we would have never caught this,....this guy is nothing but a friendly FAST talker and he seen us come in as a big group and he took that as a opportunity to rip us off! And what’s worse is once this was brought to their attention I get a letter in the mail offering to take 15% off? Which I thought was odd.....but was told everyone received one??? And that 3500 plate has done went to 2650.....and today I got a call they can do it for $2000.....in 2 days it has dropped by $1500? And ONLY because I brought it to their attention what they were doing! And he acts like he’s doing us a favor to regain our trust??? You aren’t doing us any favors, your just trying to cover up your wrong doings were you...

This Company steals from their customers. Me and my family buried a loved one here and purchased three extra spaces right beside. While purchasing our space we also were looking to buy a headstone, which are extremely expensive here and you can find cheaper at the headstone place a little before u get to the cemetery. We went to ask for pricing for the one we wanted at this location before the cemetery and they said they would charge $1,500 for what we want. We told dennis we would be purchasing it else where and his whole attitude changed really quick and became rude to us saying to place one from somewhere else their would be a fee of $1,400 to place it on there cemetery! So us not wanting to pay so much purchased it with Crestview and it turned out to be $3,800 for just the headstone. Our loved ones picture was to small and he promised us it would be bigger. I later out found out at another headstone place it is against the law to charge that much for a fee to place something and the most he could charge was $120!! But it was to late by then out loved ones stone was placed already. My family could of saved $2,400 in this hard time if DENNIS had not lied and said it would be a fee of $1,400 when it really was $120. Its a nice location but management is horrible they are manipulative. They took advantage of my mother because she did not know english well. While we are paying for the spaces he never wants to give us a exact total and always puts off how much we have left to owe. If u do go here please do not go to DENNIS OR TRUST HIM HE STEALS AND TAKES A ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND LIES AND CHARGES...

Our family has always been pleased with their interactions at Crestview Memorial Park. Our most recent needs were planned with us by Crystal Griffin. She was remarkable! I drove in from Raleigh to make funeral arrangements, then planned to go to Crestview to make burial arrangements. Our funeral planner at Hayworth-Miller called ahead for us and found out that no one was in the office that afternoon. He called Crystal and explained that we were from Raleigh and only there for the day. At 4:30 PM Crystal called us and said she was on her way back from another site and would like for us to not have to come back the next day from Raleigh, and offered meet us at 5 PM. She was so kind and seemed to be truly compassionate while listening to our needs. Everything went smoothly. We really appreciate her time and her efforts to go out of...
