I ordered a barn just like the one displayed on the web page and I was quoted a price. I later added another door on the back side of the barn and paid the addtional fee. The barn did not come with the gates or the wood lining inside of the stall. When I asked about it I was told it would be and extra charge. I said fine but it was supposed to be included. This was back in March, I have not gotten any response to adding the gates or the wood lining to the stalls. We also paid for anchors and the barn is still not anchored 6 months later. I have made repeated phone calls and texts with no response. The quailty of the barn seems good except for the fact that the floor is not on the joists and when you walk on it the floor sinks down. I have to pay someone to come fix that, I guess. My experiance started out very well and ended very badly. Just get everything 100 percent in writing if you do business with this company. We called to order a barn. Spoke with Kevin, the owner, he was rude and very insulting. You don't have to say much, just ask about ordering a barn and Kevin will tell you he doesn't have time to talk to you about pricing and then hang up on you.
When companies get big enough and make enough money, the customer relationships don't seem to be important to them anymore. I'm sure I'm not the first person to experience the wrath of Kevin and won't be the last.
I can only guess both their service and products match their customer service skills.
