Rare Bird Red Antiques — Local services in Kings Mountain

We were told the store wasn’t open and that the owners were remodeling. It is definitely OPEN again. The store is much bigger than last year. One of the nicest antique stores I’ve been to. I usually sit in the car when my wife goes in to do her browsing, but I like going into the Red Bird. The owners here actually talk to you and let you know your visit is appreciated. We’ll be back before we leave town. It’s getting dark and I want to come back during daylight to see all the rusted yard art around the building. I have never had more fun in an antique shop. Me and my mom were in here for hours looking at everything, talking to the precious owner Jewel and just really enjoying looking at these wonderful antique pieces. The super cool thing that makes this place so unique is that the owner Jewel can tell you about every piece in her store, who it came from and who they were. Best experience I’ve ever had at an antique store and everything is real antiques. You can tell! Definitely reccomend this place. Had the pleasure of walking into this shop and being greeted by not only beautiful doors, but door bells!! ;) it's full of beautiful items large and small.

The owner is very knowledgeable about her items and ready to make a deal so you can take home that piece you love!! So, don't be shy if you see something you like, talk about it!!!!
