I love my hedgehog more than I thought possible I didn't know that they had the personality that they do I had no clue I thought I knew but I had no clue they are amazing. I love my Trixie I received the most awesome gift from Janda Exotics. What I also received was a hedgehog with an upper respiratory infection which after having for a while turned into pneumonia amongst other issues that she's had since getting her. I spent over $1,500 at the vet just in the last month and I would spend 1500 more and probably will have to because I love this animal that much. I wish I had looked into it more before purchasing from her because you know just casually looking online everything seemed fine especially when they get you comfortable with the fact that they are licensed, but if you look back on the internet from the last six years you'll see that there are forums with numerous discussions between people who came from all over the country to pick up hedgehogs and they all agree that they are the most wonderfully socialized hedgehogs, which that's not something easy I'm sure to do, but that they also are chronically covered in mites, have upper respiratory infections, or both. Shame on you for breeding these animals the way you do looking at dollar signs alone and shame on me for not researching you more but it's a double edged sword because like I said I love this animal more than I thought possible but I also don't even know that she's going to live much longer we just take it one day at a time and I enjoy her thoroughly.what I don't enjoy is the money that I'm spending at the vet because of the exotic pet mill that you have running there and the thought of her not getting to live...

My daughter really wanted a hedgehog for her birthday so we went with Janda Exotics Animal Ranch to fulfill my daughters birthday wish and they really came through with an amazing experience and one my daughter and I will never forget. The tears of joy on my daughters face upon seeing her hedgehog for the first time was priceless. The way Ashley explained the care instructions and answered all our questions made it evident that they truly understand the nature of all the animals they care for and sell. I wanted to wait a month or so to see how our new hedgehog had adjusted to his new home to ensure there were no issues before writing this review and I am happy to say that Janda Exotics is a truly legitimate place that cares deeply for their animals and do an amazing job of preparing their babies for homes. My daughter is rarely seen without her hedgehog in her hands (once the sun goes down of course):-) And we are already looking at a sugar glider or possibly a kangaroo someday! If you are reading this review and considering purchasing an exotic pet, please purchase from Janda. We truly need responsible breeders like that team at Janda Exotics to continue providing loving and caring environments for their babies prior to home placement. Thank you so much to Ashley and that team for providing such a lovely experience for my daughters birthday. We will never forget that day and this will be a memory we all share in future...

My family and I couldn't be happier with our Baby Sugar Glider and our experience with Janda Exotics Animal Ranch!! This is our first Sugar Glider but we were given great tips on bonding with and handling her and I feel confident in knowing we can always reach out if we need any advise. I love that we were able to purchase supplies for our Baby from Janda Exotics when we picked her up. It can be overwhelming, but they have everything your Baby needs and who better to get it from than the people who know exactly what our Sugar Glider is comfortable with not to mention the price is reasonable! It's basically a kit for first timers. If I'd purchased everything separately at pet stores or elsewhere I'd surely have paid an arm & a leg. The employees are amazing, so patient & helpful and the Ranch is beautiful! We can't wait to take a tour to see all they have to offer and my daughter is hoping to have her birthday party here! I wish they had a B&B on the Ranch but then they'd probably never get rid of me!! I highly recommend Janda Exotics to anyone looking for their first or next...
