Dollar General — Local services in Kingsford Heights

I have NEVER had a hard time returning anything from DG . Until now, I Tried exchanging a product that I was not happy with. I bought 2 fabrezz like spray, non aerosol, they smell horrible. I went in and asked if I could exchange for different ones. The one bottle I sprayed 2 times and was enough to cause me a headache, the other was NEVER even sprayed. Both you could see where clearly full! She said no because I had already prayed the one. Now I have seen ppl spray stuff in stores to smell what it smells like, now tell me how is that any different, other then the fact that I paid for mine. New Store in Lovely Kingsford Heights. Friendly staff, and although they are new and sometimes hard to get products in and stocked they have greatly improved in that aspect and I expect that there already close to being the best Dollar General experience near the La Porte area. Love the fact that it is closer to me so I can bike to it on Country Roads and pick up some stuff...

To expand on someone else's complaint the milk does taste like it's weeks old. It is horrible and disgusting also staff is too lazy to ever answer the phone when you have a question or want to see if they have something. Cinstantly goes to an answering machine and never anyone behind the counter to ring you up or do their job...
